Before you proceed with your commission, please read the terms of services.
There will be 5 slots open to place a commission a month, if you place a commission after the slots are closed, your commission will be placed in the next month slots ,you can undo or cancel at any time if this is of inconvenience.
Price negotiation is only accepted when the artist is not able to return a higher quality product for reasons that the customer will be informed about from the start , any other negotiation will be ignored and deleted.
Communication will be constant and strictly professional ,any rude comments or/and any conversation that doesn't involve the commission will be ignored and deleted.
Each commission will have a time window so the artist can return a product to the customer's liking ,any delays that might happen will be communicated with the customer,the pieces won't be returned in the same day the commission is placed.
Be aware that any additional changes that the customer makes to their commission after the artist already started working on it will come with additional charges.
The customer is allowed three free changes to their commission if they don't like certain things,any other changes after will come with additional charges.
The customer will be walked through the commission, they will see the sketch , color palettes,color placement, and this final touches.
Once the commission is being worked on, no refunds will be accepted.
Any unnecessary comments,rude language, comes with an immediate block.
Cancelling the order in the middle of the artist already working on the commission will not be refunded.

Refunds may accur in the following cases.
When the commission slots are already closed and the order is already placed, the customer will be refunded.
Before the artist start working on the commission,the customer will be refunded.
